I applied for Anime Fusion in March and I was accepted in June. Dealers room has a contract and I don't remember much about it at this point. I did also sponsor this event for $250. They advertised my business on their socials before the event.I received my load in information from them on October 11th. My kid still has swim stuff so the load-in hours only being from 2pm to 9pm are fairly restrictive. I was told at some point in 2023 that my products would do really well at a furry convention. We have a local one in Minnesota called Furry Migration, so I opted to go ahead and try it out. I found out about this event when it was posted in the Anime Detour discord, signed up and later met the coordinators at Geek Craft Expo (which was fun!). Also made it really easy to recognize them when I showed up the day of since we'd already had some conversation between discord and the last event I was at.They sent out one email with the details about when to be set up by, what time the event started/ended.
