Shipping policy

Processing & Shipping Schedule
We generally prepare and ship orders on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Orders placed after 12:00PM CST on a shipping day will typically be processed and sent out on the next scheduled shipping day.

International Customs & Duties
For international shipments, please be aware that you are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, tariffs, or taxes imposed by your local government. These charges are separate from your shipping cost and are not collected by us at checkout. We encourage you to check with your local customs office to understand any potential additional fees before placing your order. Refused packages due to customs fees will not be eligible for a refund of shipping costs.

Carrier & Tracking
We primarily ship with USPS. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number.

Note: Standard sticker and magnet orders sent via free shipping do not include tracking.

Delivery Estimates & Expectations
While we do our best in preparing your orders for a quick turnaround, please understand that we are not in control of carrier transit times.

- Carrier Delays: During peak and holiday seasons or unforeseen postal disruptions, shipping carriers may experience delays beyond what the estimated delivery dates are.

- Time-Sensitive Orders: Because transit time are outside of our control, we can't guarantee a specific delivery date even when expedited shipping methods are selected. We recommend placing time-sensitive orders well in advance to ensure they arrive when you need them.

Missing or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office or carrier first, as they are often best equipped to locate the package within their network.
